We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because each item is made to order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact us at support@puppydreamsapparel.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Exchanges:
We're happy to help with size exchanges. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for exchange shipping unless item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photo and your order number. We will replace it at no cost to you.
