Ordering & Payment

All orders are paid at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure methods available at checkout.

Made- to- Order Products

All products are made to order.

Production begins immediately after purchase.

Shipping

Process time is typically 3- 7 business days followed by delivery time based on the carrier. Tracking will be provided when available.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.

Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Contact us immediately for support.

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it at no cost.

Incorrect Addresses

We ship to the address you provide. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect address entered at checkout.
